RETAINED SEARCH

The retained search is an easy, but thorough and involved process. MyNextHire.com starts the process by Consulting with you to obtain a full job description, a template of your ideal candidate, and other characteristics you would like. A professional Account Manager will work with you to identify & target your direct and indirect competitors, as well as any other companies or industries with similar skill-sets. As a partner, you will provide any industry list or other targeting lists, which MyNextHire.com may not yet have. You will also receive help to identify any potential candidates from your already established spheres of influence.

An important review of your hiring process will take place to assist you in the most efficient way possible through the entire engagement as well as the future. Your Account Manager will help you Identify additional perks and benefits to help “Sell” your company and open positions to the candidates. Changes may be recommended if warranted to help gear you with the 21st Century Recruiting Model. After MyNextHire.com and your company have become partners and designed a high powered recruiting pitch for your company, an engagement agreement is submitted to you for sign-off by all interviewers to assure consistency and accuracy.

CONTINGENCY RECRUITING

It is understood by the Client that our recruiters work on retained, engagement, and contingency basis and as such a contingency search job order is worked on a “time/resource available” basis. Each order must be balanced against all the other orders currently available to the Recruiter.

Because the relationship is nonexclusive, the applicants surfaced can be presented to more than one Client. The Client has determined a contingency-based search is acceptable either because the open position(s) is not a high priority to the organization or the timing for hiring is not critical.
The fee for our services is earned if a applicant is hired, directly or indirectly on a permanent basis or on a contract or consulting basis by the Client or any of its affiliates, as a result of our efforts within one year of the date applicant(s) are submitted to the Client. The fee is also earned in the event the Client refers the applicant to another company who hires the applicant or sources and hires a reference supplied by applicant or recruiting/staffing firm. The fee is contingent on the hire, not the referral and is payable if the applicant is hired within one year of the last referral.
